Head 2.5km along the coast road and you’ll hit Benalmadena’s resort centre, or wander 2.9km to the stylish marina for waterfront dining and boat trips. Further inland, the whitewashed old town of Benalmadena Pueblo and the cable car up Mount Calamorro showcase the Costa del Sol beyond the beach.

2. What board options can I book at Sunset Beach Club?
You can book Self Catering, Bed and Breakfast, or Half Board. The Half Board package usually includes breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant, but on 31 December it is breakfast and lunch instead. Drinks are generally not included with Half Board unless stated otherwise on your holiday documents.

3. Is Sunset Beach Club suitable for families with children?
Yes. Studios sleep up to four people plus an infant, there’s a dedicated children’s pool, kids’ club for 4–12 year olds, a playground, baby-changing facilities by the pools and child-friendly menus and highchairs in the restaurant.
