Turks and Caicos holidays
Grace Bay’s powder-white sand, the clearest water in the Caribbean and some of its most exclusive island resorts.
Overview
Welcome to Turks and Caicos
Turks and Caicos is a British Overseas Territory of around 40 low-lying islands and cays south-east of the Bahamas, surrounded by a huge coral reef and water so clear it looks unreal. Most visitors stay on Providenciales (“Provo”), where Grace Bay is regularly voted one of the world’s best beaches: miles of soft white sand, calm water and a strip of upscale resorts, villas and restaurants. Smaller islands such as Parrot Cay and Pine Cay are home to some of the Caribbean’s most exclusive private-island hotels.
Beyond Provo, North and Middle Caicos have caves, flamingo ponds and empty beaches, reached by ferry and causeway, while Grand Turk, the historic capital island, has colonial Cockburn Town, a cruise port and wall diving just offshore. From January to April humpback whales pass through the Turks Island Passage. Snorkelling straight from the beach at Bight Reef and Smith’s Reef, diving and boat trips to sandbars and Iguana Island are highlights.

Why we love Turks and Caicos
Grace Bay really is as beautiful as the photographs. Book a beachfront room on Provo, then add a boat day out to the cays — the water colours are extraordinary.
