Facilities
Pool & outdoors
This is very much a pool-and-beach resort, with three outdoor pools framed by lawns, palms and daybeds.
Main outdoor pool
A large freshwater pool with an expansive sunbathing terrace, lined with sunbeds, Balinese beds and parasols. Ideal for laid-back days in the Andalusian sun, with handy access to Sol Y Sombra for poolside bites and drinks.
Heated outdoor pool
One of the freshwater pools is heated between approximately 05 Oct and 31 Mar, making Doncarlos Marbella a good option for early- and late-season sunshine escapes. Baby-changing facilities are available close by.
Children’s pool
A separate shallow freshwater pool designed for younger guests, with surrounding sunbeds and parasols so parents can relax while keeping an eye on the little ones.
Beachfront access
Stroll through the gardens and you’re on the sand within moments. This stretch of Costa del Sol coastline mixes soft sand and pebbles, with beach bars, water sports (seasonal, independently run) and long promenades perfect for sunset walks.
Pool towels are provided free of charge. Facilities and heating schedules may vary by season and operational needs.
