Overview
Casa Cook Rhodes is where boho-luxe design, mountain scenery and slow living meet. This adults-only hideaway in Kolymbia unfurls in low-rise, whitewashed cubes wrapped around serene pools, with Tsambika Mountain looming in the background. Think earthy tones, woven textures, hammocks and daybeds, plus rooms that open straight onto shared or private pools. By day, it’s all about yoga, lounging and dips in the freshwater pools; by night, the vibe shifts to lantern-lit dinners and crafted cocktails under the stars.

Map & location
Kolymbia, Rhodes, Greece
Casa Cook Rhodes sits on the tranquil outskirts of Kolymbia on Rhodes’ east coast, backed by the arid, dramatic peaks of Tsambika Mountain. The setting feels low-key and natural – a blend of pine-covered hillsides, olive groves and distant sea views – yet you’re still close enough to stroll to the beach and local cafés.
Kolymbia itself is a quieter resort with an authentic Greek feel, shaded by eucalyptus trees and framed by three lovely beaches. From here, it’s easy to explore the island: Tsambika Beach, Seven Springs and Rhodes Town are all within day-trip distance, whether you hike with a local guide, hop on a bus or hire a car.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Water is at the heart of Casa Cook Rhodes’ design. Most rooms open directly onto elongated shared pools or their own private swimming pool, giving the whole place an intimate, lagoon-like layout.
There’s also a main outdoor freshwater pool with a generous sunbathing terrace, cushioned loungers and parasols. Free pool towels are provided, and inflatables are generally permitted in the pool, adding to the relaxed, unpretentious vibe.
The nearest beach is around 850m away, where you’ll find soft sand and shingle, clear water for swimming and a handful of beach bars. Kolymbia’s other coves and neighbouring stretches of coastline – including the wide curve of Tsambika Beach – are easily reached by car, bike or taxi.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness is a strong thread here. An air-conditioned gym, open seasonally in the mornings, comes equipped with cardio machines and fixed-strength equipment, ideal for a pre-dip workout.
Yoga sessions are typically available (additional charge may apply), often held on atmospheric outdoor decks that make the most of the mountain views and soft island light.
Afterwards, retreat to the spa for massages and beauty treatments (charges apply) in a calm, cocooning space – perfect for switching off completely.
Other handy touches include a 24-hour-style reception with currency exchange and luggage storage, laid-back lounge spaces and thoughtfully landscaped pathways linking each low-rise block.
