Facilities
Pool & outdoors
You’ll have three main outdoor pools to choose from, including a generous family pool with children’s section and a quieter area that’s covered and heated at the start and end of the summer (typically May and October). Sunbeds, parasols and free pool towels are provided, so it’s easy to spend all day drifting between pool and lounger.
The star attraction for many families is the on-site aqua park, included for guests and featuring high-speed slides, a kamikaze drop and multi-lane racers. It usually opens from 01 May to 31 October, between roughly 10:30 and 18:00, weather permitting.
Just below the resort, a sandy beach lapped by clear, gently shelving water is perfect for paddling, sandcastles and watersports. Independent operators on the shore offer canoeing, pedalos, snorkelling, motorised watersports and scuba diving for an extra charge, ideal for older children and teens.
Spa, sports & wellness
Active guests are well catered for with an air-conditioned gym (min. age 16) featuring cardio machines, weights and a stretching zone, plus a programme that can include aerobics, aqua aerobics, basketball, mini-golf, petanque, table tennis, tennis and yoga.
After all that activity, wind down with beauty treatments in the spa area (16+, extra charge), or simply wander down to the beach promenade and watch the sunset with a drink in hand.
Day-to-day convenience is covered too, with an on-site mini-market, concierge and currency exchange services, and pushchairs available to hire for little ones.

At lunchtime you can also head to ‘F’ All Day Restaurant by the pool for buffets and snacks.
Come evening, guests staying 7 nights or more can usually enjoy one visit per stay to each of the three à la carte venues (reservation required):

• Elia – Greek and local specialities showcasing Cretan flavours.
• Grill BBQ – a beachfront spot mixing buffet and à la carte dishes, from grilled meats to seafood, with a more adult vibe.
Four atmospheric bars keep drinks flowing: sip cocktails at Breeze Bar, grab frozen treats and soft drinks at the Windmill Waterpark Bar, enjoy sea views from Frankie Beach Club, or stay closer to the action at the Starlight pool bar.
