Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Outside, an inviting outdoor freshwater pool sits between the two main buildings, surrounded by sunbathing terraces with loungers and parasols. A separate children’s section gives younger guests a shallow area to splash about, keeping the main pool more relaxed for adults. Complimentary pool towels are typically available, so you can save suitcase space.
The pool is usually open between 01 May and 30 September, depending on occupancy and weather conditions. Outside these dates, facilities may be more limited, but Benidorm’s mild climate still makes the terrace a pleasant place to relax.
Levante Beach, one of Benidorm’s best-known stretches of sand, is around 450m away. Here you will find sunbeds and parasols for hire, a promenade lined with cafés and bars, and options for water sports with local providers in high season (independently operated).
Spa, sports & wellness
While there is no full spa, guests can enjoy light leisure facilities including pool table, darts and table tennis (some activities incur a local charge). Seasonal entertainment adds to the atmosphere, with frequent daytime activities such as arts and crafts, small team games and water-based fun during the summer.
In the evenings you can expect a programme of live music and professional shows in peak months (July–August), with daily evening entertainment also continuing through the rest of the year on a lighter schedule. Children have their own playground area, providing an extra space to burn off energy.
The 24-hour reception team can assist with practicalities including luggage storage and currency exchange (service charges may apply), and the hotel’s Certified Sustainable Hotel status reflects ongoing efforts to manage energy, water and waste efficiently.
