Map & location
Marrakech, Marrakech Area, Morocco
Jaal Riad Resort sits in the laid-back Agdal area of Marrakech, a contemporary district just outside the ancient city walls. You’re close to Al Mazar Mall for shops and cafés, with the medina, Jemaa el-Fna and Bahia Palace a short taxi or bus ride away.
It’s a smart spot if you’d like to dip in and out of the bustle: spend mornings exploring souks and palaces, then retreat to the resort’s calm courtyards, pool and spa for an afternoon reset.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The resort’s outdoor freshwater pool is the social heart of the property – broad and inviting, flanked by loungers and parasols with Moroccan architecture as a backdrop. It’s the sort of pool you can actually swim lengths in or simply float about with a drink from the pool bar.
Inside the spa, there’s an indoor heated freshwater infinity pool with whirlpool, typically heated between 1 November and 31 May, ideal for cooler evenings or winter-sun getaways. Do note that access to the indoor pool forms part of the spa and is payable locally.
Pool towels are provided on a refundable deposit basis, and facilities (such as heating or opening hours) can vary by season and pool.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellness fans are well looked after. The Bowe Spa features a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and a menu of massage and beauty treatments (all typically incurring a local charge). It’s usually open six days a week from morning until evening, making it easy to fit a hammam or massage around your explorations.
For more active days, the air-conditioned gym offers cardio machines, a free-weights area and strength equipment, generally open between 10:00 and 18:00.
Around the resort you’ll find atmospheric lounges, riad-style courtyards and landscaped gardens – plenty of nooks for reading, catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet mint tea.
Key facilities include:
• Spa with sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and massages*
• Indoor heated pool with whirlpool at the spa*
• Air-conditioned gym with cardio and weights*

Food & drink
Dining at Jaal Riad Resort leans into leisurely, social evenings. The main buffet restaurant, L’Atelier, serves international dishes with Moroccan touches at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two à la carte spots add variety: Le Cat for international favourites and Le Terraz for local cuisine under the stars.
You’ll also find Le Stay lounge bar for pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap, and L’o2 poolside snack bar for light bites and refreshments between swims. A smart dress code may apply at dinner, especially in the à la cartes. Reservations can be required, and some venues or premium dishes may incur a supplement depending on your board basis.
Board options include All Inclusive Plus and Bed and Breakfast. With All Inclusive Plus, expect buffet-style meals, at least one à la carte visit on a 7-night stay, daytime snacks and a selection of local and some international branded drinks typically served until 23:00 (subject to change and hotel’s terms).
