Food & drink
You’re well covered for everything from Greek classics to easygoing comfort food at Silva Beach. The main Minoan Restaurant is the buffet hub, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with show-cooking stations and a mix of international favourites and local dishes. In the evenings, rotate between themed corners and live-cooking specials.
Round things out with à la carte options: La Strada delivers Italian and local plates, Prime Burger goes all-in on American-style burgers and grills by the pool, and the Asian Corner buffet adds a change of flavour with show cooking. A smart dress code (long trousers for men in the evenings) may apply and reservations are usually required for à la carte venues.
For drinks, you’ve three bars: Acqua Beach Bar on the terrace by the sea, the Ariadne Lobby Bar for pre-dinner cocktails, and the Romantic Pool Bar for relaxed poolside refreshment. On All Inclusive, expect a selection of local spirits, wine and beer, classic cocktails, mocktails, and hot and soft drinks available for a minimum of 12 hours per day, plus snacks and ice cream between meals (services and times can vary by season).
