Map & location
Kos Town, Kos, Greece
Peridis Family Resort sits in a quiet pocket on the edge of Kos Town, close enough to walk to the harbourfront but tucked away from the late-night noise. The nearest sandy beach is about 450m away, so you can be by the sea in a few minutes, and there are plenty of supermarkets, cafés and tavernas within easy reach for stocking the fridge or eating out.
Kos Town itself is a fascinating blend of ancient ruins, a medieval castle and a buzzing marina lined with bars and seafood restaurants. It’s a great base if you enjoy wandering cobbled streets, hopping on boat trips or exploring the island by local bus.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Water babies are spoilt for choice here. There are four outdoor freshwater pools, including a fun splash pool with slides and a whirlpool area, plus a dedicated children’s pool and main swimming pool:
- Outdoor pool with slides and whirlpool, surrounded by sunbeds and parasols – inflatables and water toys are welcome.
- Main outdoor freshwater pool with a spacious sun terrace.
- Additional quiet pool areas for more relaxed swims.
- Separate children’s pool with slides and a shallow children’s section, ideal for younger guests.
Baby-changing facilities are available by the pools and free pool towels are provided, saving suitcase space. Pools generally operate between May and early November (dates can vary by season).
The nearest beach is around 450m away – a simple stroll for sea swims, paddling and sunset walks along the shoreline.
Spa, sports & wellness
When you’re not in the pool or out exploring Kos, there’s plenty to keep everyone active or blissfully relaxed:

- Spa & Wellness – Small spa with sauna, massage and a range of beauty treatments (minimum age 10 years; extra charges apply; usually open 6 days a week, 10:00–18:00).
- Adults-only rooftop terrace – A peaceful sun deck reserved for grown-ups, perfect for reading, sunbathing or catching sunset views away from the splash zone.
- Sports – Basketball, volleyball, mini-golf, table tennis, darts and tennis (some facilities may carry a local charge).
- On-site mini-market – Handy for daily essentials, snacks and drinks if you’re self-catering.
Seasonal opening times and activities may vary, especially at the start and end of the season.
