Almyrida Beach sits in the small seaside resort of Almyrida on Crete’s tranquil north coast. This is the gentler side of Chania: two Blue Flag sandy beaches, clear shallow water and a seafront lined with family-run tavernas where tables spill almost onto the sand.
From the hotel you can stroll straight into the resort centre, wander the promenade at sunset or hop on the hourly local bus into Chania to explore its colourful Venetian harbour and Old Town lanes.
