Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The hotel’s large outdoor freshwater pool is the social heart of the property, with a separate children’s section, waterfall, jets and plenty of space for lounging on sunbeds under parasols. The swim-up bar means cool drinks are never more than a few strokes away, and there’s a dedicated sunbathing terrace if you’re in full relax mode.
An indoor freshwater pool adds an all-weather option and a quieter vibe, ideal for a cooling dip out of the midday sun.
Just across a small road, Nissi Beach serves up powder-soft sand and shallow, clear water that’s perfect for paddling and gentle swimming. In season you’ll find water sports, beach bars and music along the shore; stroll a little further and you can be on peaceful Landa Beach in minutes.
Spa, sports & wellness
Wellbeing and activity options are solid for a beach hotel. The air-conditioned gym (min age 18yrs) features cardio machines and a free-weights area and is typically open from late morning to early evening.
If you prefer something more sociable, there’s aqua aerobics, darts, table tennis and tennis to dip in and out of. Regular daytime activities run between April and November, often including small team games and water-based fun.
The spa offers a sauna and steam room (local charges apply) plus a menu of massage and beauty treatments (from 12yrs+), open daytime. It’s a handy retreat after a day in the sun or a late night in Ayia Napa.
You’ll also find a small on-site mini-market for essentials and beach bits, and reception can arrange hire of mobility scooters, pushchairs or wheelchairs for anyone needing a little extra assistance getting around.

Food & drink
Food and drink are a big part of the stay at Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel. Start the day with generous buffet spreads at Yamm Restaurant, serving international favourites and Cypriot touches at breakfast, lunch and dinner with live show-cooking stations. There’s a dedicated kids’ buffet and highchairs for little ones, and the dress code simply asks that beachwear is swapped for something a little smarter inside.
For relaxed meals by the water, Famous Beach Bar & Restaurant sits poolside, offering an à la carte mix of Greek, Cypriot and international dishes for lunch and dinner, plus a kids’ menu.
Come evening, grown-ups can slip into Thea Bar, an adults-only lounge bar open from late afternoon until midnight, pouring everything from local wines and beers to cocktails and premium labels in a calm, contemporary setting.
Board inclusions (especially for Full Board and Half Board) and opening times can change by season; supplements or reservations may be required depending on your chosen board. For context, here’s what All Inclusive typically includes.
