Tour overview

This 8-day expedition, for women travellers only and led by a female leader, explores Cambodia through the eyes of the women who are shaping its future. The group numbers no more than twelve. You stay six nights in comfortable hotels in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap and one night in a simple shared homestay, with breakfast daily, a lunch and four dinners, many at women-led businesses.

After a welcome dinner at a women-led restaurant, you visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Fields to understand Cambodia’s recent history, then take a guided walk through Phnom Penh. Driving into the countryside, you spend a night with a host family at Sambor Prei Kuk, a World Heritage temple site, with lunch at a silk farm and a traditional Khmer dinner.
