Self-Guided Cycling in Puglia: Alberobello to Lecce – 8 Days
Trulli, olive groves and two coasts by bike, from Alberobello to Lecce.
Tour overview
This 8-day cycling holiday follows the heel of Italy through Puglia's olive groves and along two seas. It is self-guided, with hire bikes, GPS routes and a navigation app, luggage moved between hotels and a local representative who sets up your bikes. You stay seven nights in mainly three-star hotels, with breakfast daily and one dinner.
You start among the cone-roofed trulli of Alberobello and ride through the Valle d'Itria to the white hill town of Ostuni, then cross the Salento countryside of red earth and olive trees.
