Mitsis Messonghi enjoys a prime seafront position between the villages of Moraitika and Messonghi on Corfu’s green east coast. The shoreline here is long and family-friendly, with calm, shallow waters and colourful sunbeds lining the sand and shingle beach.

Stroll a couple of minutes to reach local shops, bars and tavernas, or head 1.7km into Moraitika’s centre for more choice, Roman ruins and the Old Village climbing the hillside. Nearby Messonghi, just along the river, is perfect for sunset walks and boat trips south to quieter coves.

Nafsika Main Restaurant – buffet with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A relaxed setting where you’ll find Mediterranean and international favourites, plus live cooking stations. Gentlemen are usually asked to wear long trousers and beachwear is discouraged at dinner.

Ulysses Main Restaurant – buffet venue with kids’ buffet, highchairs and microwave, ideal for younger families. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner in peak season.

Beach Restaurant – buffet-style lunches and dinners practically on the sand, perfect when you don’t want to stray from your sunbed.

Snacks, ice creams and drinks are never far away thanks to a generous bar line-up: Levante beach bar, gelateria, two pool bars, terrace coffee bar, pizza-pasta station and River Bar and snack outlets along the seafront. Opening hours and inclusions vary by season and board, and some items may carry a supplement.

With four outdoor pools and a dedicated splash and aqua park, water babies are well catered for.
