Facilities
Pool & outdoors
Water babies are spoiled here. The resort lays on three outdoor freshwater pools, including a dedicated children’s pool, plus the headline-grabbing aqua park with sweeping slides, aqua bowl and aqua loop rides (typically open 10:00–18:00, with age/height restrictions for some attractions). Inflatables and water toys are permitted in certain pools, and there are baby-changing facilities close by.
An adult-focused pool near the spa offers a calmer corner with sunbeds and a more tranquil vibe – a good escape while the kids are in club. Fresh pool towels are provided.
The nearest sandy beach is about 700m away, and a shuttle makes reaching the sea straightforward even in the hottest part of the day. Once there, you’ve got classic north-coast Crete: gently shelving shores, clear water and optional watersports run by independent local providers.
