Overview
Located on the dramatic west coast of Kalymnos, Analeia Hotel is a newly renovated, adults-only bolthole with front-row views across the Aegean to Telendos Island. With just 27 rooms, a calm pool terrace and a rooftop restaurant and bar, it’s a relaxed base for exploring one of Greece’s most characterful climbing and island-hopping hubs.

Perched above the shoreline in Massouri on Kalymnos’ rugged west coast, Analeia Hotel looks across the water to the tiny island of Telendos – a view that changes beautifully from sunrise to sunset.
Massouri itself mixes traditional Greek charm with a low-key, outdoorsy vibe. The main street is strung with cafés, bakeries and family-run tavernas, while sheer limestone cliffs behind the village have turned the area into a world-class rock-climbing destination. When you’re not by the pool, it’s easy to dip into laid-back nightlife, hop across to neighbouring islands, or take the bus or taxi to the harbour town of Pothia for a change of scene.

• Ferry crossing to Kalymnos (around 40 minutes)
• Road transfer from Kalymnos port to Analeia Hotel
Depending on the ferry timetable, there may be a wait of up to several hours at Mastichari port for the next available sailing. In some cases, particularly for late-evening flight arrivals or during adverse weather conditions, an overnight stay in Kos may be required before continuing to Kalymnos the following day.
