Tour overview
This 14-day expedition sails from Iceland to the fjords, glaciers and mountains of South Greenland on a small ice-rated polar ship. An expedition team leads daily Zodiac cruises, landings and guided hikes. You spend a night in a Reykjavik hotel, then twelve nights on board, with all meals at sea and beer and house wine with dinner.
After crossing the Denmark Strait with talks from onboard experts, you reach Greenland's remote east coast, a land of steep-walled fjords and icebergs. You then sail into the Westlands, following the route of the Greenlandic Norse, with visits to local communities as conditions allow.

The highlight is the 105km Prins Christian Sund and the granite spires known as "Arctic Patagonia". Helicopter-supported adventures include heli-hiking and setting foot on the Greenland Ice Sheet, before you sail back to Reykjavik.
