Tour overview

This 7-day active holiday uses Lake Bled as a base for hiking, rafting and cycling in Slovenia's Julian Alps. A local leader travels with the group, which numbers no more than twelve, by local bus and private vehicle. You stay six nights in a hotel and a guesthouse, with breakfast daily.

After an orientation walk in Ljubljana you take the bus to Bled, with its island church and clifftop castle, and hike the Vintgar Gorge. The next day you ride the cable car up Mount Vogel above Lake Bohinj for a guided hike in Triglav National Park.

If your international flight is part of your booking through us, we re-book at no cost. If you've booked flights separately, the tour's local team holds your transfer slot until you arrive. We strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes delay and cancellation cover.
