You’re just a short stroll from local shops, cafés and bars, while the buzz of Albufeira’s Strip and the atmospheric Old Town are within easy reach by taxi or bus.
This is a great spot if you like to blend beach time and activities: the coastline here is made for walking and running, and you’re well placed for boat trips, golf courses and day trips along the Algarve.

Outdoors, you’ll find a generous freshwater pool with a surrounding sun terrace, lined with loungers and parasols. Children get their own splash park with jets and sprinklers, ideal for burning off energy in the sunshine, plus a separate whirlpool area for grown-ups to relax. Pool towels are available with a refundable deposit.
When you want sand between your toes, stroll around 800m to the nearest stretch of Praia da Falésia, one of the Algarve’s most celebrated sandy beaches. The coastline here is great for families, with plenty of space for paddling, games and long walks along the shore.
Spa, sports & wellness
AP Victoria Sports & Beach leans into its active side. There’s a gym with cardio and free-weights area (minimum age 18 years), plus an athletics track and running track that attract both casual joggers and more serious training types. Football, paddle, tennis and table tennis facilities are also available, with some activities and equipment hire offered for an extra charge.
Evenings are relaxed, with occasional entertainment such as live music running throughout much of the year (programme can vary). Around the resort there are lawns, playgrounds and open spaces that keep it feeling airy and family-friendly.

You can keep things simple with Bed & Breakfast or go All Inclusive for maximum convenience. The main Pódium Restaurant is poolside and serves international buffet dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks during the day. There’s also a seasonal Grill Restaurant offering buffet dinners and snacks with show-cooking touches.
Drinks-wise, Victória Bar doubles as the pool bar, pouring local and international options from mid-morning until late evening, perfect for a sundowner after a day on the beach or at the pool. One Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 2–4 guests
These versatile apartments sleep 2–4 guests (or up to 5 in the “up to 5” configuration) and are a great option for families or friends. Layouts include a separate bedroom plus living area with sofa beds. All come with balcony, flat-screen TV, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle and a full kitchen (four cooking rings, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge-freezer). Bathrooms feature a bath with shower attachment, and housekeeping is provided daily. Selected units can be booked for sole use.
One Bedroom Apartment Pool View Sleeps 2–4 guests
As per the standard One Bedroom Apartments but with the bonus of a pool-facing balcony – perfect for keeping an eye on the action or enjoying an evening drink outdoors. These sleep 2–4 guests and share the same facilities: full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, TV, and daily cleaning. Pool View apartments are also available for sole use on request.
Superior One Bedroom Apartment
Sleeping 2–4 guests, Superior apartments offer a little extra comfort and style, with similar layouts to the standard One Bedroom units but with enhanced furnishings or more favourable locations in the complex. You’ll still have a separate bedroom, living area, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, plus Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, TV, bathroom with bath and shower attachment and daily cleaning service.
Two Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 4–6 guests
Perfect for larger families or groups, these apartments sleep 4–6 guests across two separate bedrooms and a living area. You’ll find two bathrooms (one with bath and shower attachment, one typically with shower), a balcony, and a full kitchen with four cooking rings, oven, toaster, fridge-freezer and kettle. There’s also a flat-screen TV, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. Daily housekeeping is included, and a safety deposit box is available (some with local charge).
