The main Maris Restaurant is your buffet hub, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with live show-cooking stations and a mix of Turkish and international dishes. Mr Baker steps in for more casual buffet-style snacks when you’re grazing between meals.

Evenings are where the à la cartes shine. Felici presents classic and contemporary Italian favourites for dinner, while Istanbul showcases Turkish specialities in a smart setting. Food Stop and Litus turn up the variety with international, Italian and Turkish plates, plus show cooking by the beach at Litus during the main season.

Bar-wise, you’ve got the chic Gentle Bar in the lobby for pre-dinner drinks, a relaxed pool bar for icy cocktails between swims, and Litus Bar on the sand. Later on, Voxy Disco Bar keeps things going until 02:00 (subject to occupancy) with music and late-night drinks.
