This 16-day escorted tour explores Sarawak and Sabah with return flights from the UK, an internal flight and every meal included. A tour director travels with the group. You stay thirteen nights in four-star hotels and eco-lodges, including a riverside jungle lodge reached by boat, with two nights in flight.
From the art-filled riverside city of Kuching you visit Bako National Park by boat, meet orangutans at Semenggoh and spend two days discovering the culture of the Iban people at a longhouse. A flight takes you to Kota Kinabalu for its museum and markets and a day at the foot of Mount Kinabalu, Borneo’s highest peak.

Flying to Sandakan, you visit the Sepilok orangutan centre and the Sun Bear Conservation Centre, then stay at a jungle lodge on the Kinabatangan River for early-morning and evening cruises in search of proboscis monkeys, hornbills and pygmy elephants before returning to Kota Kinabalu and flying home.
