Riviera is unmistakably British. For US-style river cruising (AmaWaterways, Uniworld), the décor, dining and pace are different.
You want premium spirits all day
Wine, beer and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner. Premium spirits and outside-meals drinks are paid extras. For full-bar all-inclusive, look at Scenic or Uniworld.
You want very large suites
Riviera cabins are standard river-cruise sizing (around 150-200 sq ft). For larger river accommodation, Scenic and Uniworld both offer 300+ sq ft Royal/Owner suites.
