The spa’s indoor heated pool opens during the main season and is ideal for cooler days or a quieter dip. Pool towels are provided free of charge, so you can travel lighter.

Just across the road, a sand-and-pebble beach stretches along the bay. The area is famous for its breeze and is popular with windsurfers, while local operators (external to the hotel) offer pedalos, canoes, snorkelling, scuba, motorised watersports and more (charges apply; minimum age may be 12+ depending on the activity).

Food & drink

Four restaurants give you a real sense of place as well as plenty of choice.

Castellania Restaurant is the main buffet venue, serving generous spreads at breakfast and dinner with live show cooking, theme nights and a dedicated kids’ section.

For something more intimate, L’onda Italian Restaurant pairs fresh pasta and stone-baked favourites with widescreen Aegean sunsets from its terrace. Mediterraneo Restaurant keeps things relaxed at lunchtime with Greek flavours right by the pool, while Thea Restaurant specialises in Greek à la carte dinners on an elevated terrace.

Two bars keep drinks on tap: Knights’ Bar, the stylish lounge bar opening late into the night, and a handy pool bar for iced coffees and cocktails between swims.

A smart dress code may apply in the evening (long trousers requested for gentlemen in some venues and beachwear discouraged), reservations are often required for the à la carte restaurants and supplements can vary by board basis and season. Menus and opening days/times are subject to change.

FAQs

Is Sheraton Rhodes Resort on the beach?
The hotel is set just behind the seafront, approximately 50m from a sand-and-pebble beach. Guests reach the beach via a dedicated underground passageway, so you don’t need to cross the main road at surface level.
What board basis should I choose at Sheraton Rhodes Resort?
You can book Half Board, Half Board Plus, Full Board or Full Board Plus. Standard Half Board and Full Board usually cover buffet meals in the main restaurant, while the “Plus” options typically add a selection of drinks (such as a glass of wine, beer or soft drink and bottled water) with lunch and/or dinner. Exact inclusions can change, so always check your Travelisto booking confirmation.
Is Sheraton Rhodes Resort good for children?
Yes. There’s a children’s pool, kids’ club for 4–12-year-olds, an indoor soft play area, a playground with swings and slides, and kids’ menus and highchairs available in most restaurants. Family rooms and open-plan family sea-view rooms give extra space and flexible bedding for up to five people.
Does the hotel have evening entertainment?
Sheraton Rhodes Resort usually offers a programme of live music, family-friendly shows and professional performances on most evenings in the main season, with a slightly lighter schedule towards late September and October. Daytime activities range from sports and pool games to more relaxed options like yoga; all are subject to seasonal change.
Do I need to dress up for dinner?
The main buffet restaurant is relaxed but smart casual is encouraged, and in the à la carte restaurants the hotel usually requests that beachwear is not worn and that gentlemen wear long trousers in the evening. If in doubt, pack resort-casual outfits and check the latest information at reception.
How long is the transfer from Rhodes Airport?
The transfer from Rhodes International Airport to Sheraton Rhodes Resort is approximately 45 minutes by shared coach transfer, depending on traffic and any additional hotel stops along the route. Private transfers can be quicker.

Is Wi‑Fi free at Sheraton Rhodes Resort?
Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the hotel, including most rooms and public areas, so you can stay connected by the pool, in the lobby or up in your room.
