Follow the flat local roads around 500m to reach Stalis’ sweep of soft sand, dotted with sunbeds and backed by cafés and tavernas. The resort’s main strip, with its bars, shops and relaxed nightlife, is also around 500m away, so you can dip into the action then wander back to your quieter base.
Stalis is a great choice if you like options: spend lazy days on the beach, hop on the mini “Happy Train” for a fun coastal ride, or head a short taxi ride to Malia or Hersonissos for a livelier evening scene.
