Dias Hotel & Apartments sits slightly back from the seafront in a quieter part of town, giving you views down towards the sea and a peaceful base within walking distance of the action.
Spend the day on Stalis’ long, gently shelving beach, hop on the tourist “Happy Train” along the coast, or take a short taxi ride to the nightlife of Malia if you fancy a livelier night out. Evenings in Stalis itself are all about seafront dinners and easy-going cocktail bars.

The outdoor freshwater pool is the social hub of the property, framed by greenery and sunbathing terraces. There’s a separate shallow section for children, plus plenty of sunbeds and parasols where you can settle in with a good book. Pool towels are available for a small local charge, and inflatables and water toys are welcomed, adding to the relaxed, family-friendly vibe.
When you fancy the sea, Stalis’ long sandy beach is around 600m away. The shore shelves gently into the clear Mediterranean, making it ideal for paddling with little ones or taking a leisurely swim. Beachfront cafés and tavernas line the promenade, perfect for lunches and sunset dinners.
Spa, sports & wellness
Dias keeps things simple and unpretentious. On-site leisure is all about relaxing by the pool or challenging friends and family to a game on the pool table (local charge).
Reception staff provide concierge-style assistance and luggage storage, and are on hand with tips on local beaches, day trips and car hire. With only 26 units split across two low-rise blocks and lift access in the main building, the whole place feels easy-going and intimate.
