Book early: private-pool rooms are limited and sell out first. Check heating: some private pools are unheated, which matters in spring and autumn. Ask about privacy: “private” usually means for your use only, but some pools are overlooked. Compare with swim-up rooms, which often cost less. A Travel Designer can check all of this for you.
