Payment couldn't be completed

Something went wrong with your payment

Don't worry — no money has left your account. The transaction was either declined by your bank, cancelled, or timed out before it could complete.

No charge has been taken — your card has not been billed.

Common reasons this happens

  • Bank declined the transaction International or higher-value travel payments sometimes trigger a fraud check. A quick call to your bank usually clears it.
  • 3D Secure / authentication step missed Some banks require an in-app or SMS verification — easy to miss on mobile.
  • Card details entered incorrectly Long number, expiry, CVV, or billing postcode mismatched what your bank holds on file.
  • Connection dropped or the page timed out A spotty connection during the bank's authentication step can leave the payment in limbo.

What to do next

Easiest: contact your Travel Designer directly. We can resend the payment link, switch you to bank transfer, or take the payment over the phone — whichever you prefer.

How your money is protected

Every payment to Travelisto goes into a Protected Trust Services (PTS) trust account — independently controlled, ring-fenced from our business, and only released to suppliers when your travel is delivered. ATOL covers any flight-inclusive package.
