Kalkan is one of Turkey’s most photogenic little towns – all whitewashed houses, rooftop terraces and a pretty harbour tucked into a natural bay. The tiny pebble-and-platform beach and chilled beach clubs are close by, and the hotel makes a great base for exploring Lycian ruins, day-boat trips and the dramatic coastline.

Facilities
Pool & outdoors
The outdoor freshwater pool is the heart of the hotel – a compact, peaceful spot with sunbeds arranged to frame those Kalkan bay views. Towels are available with a refundable deposit, and the pool usually operates between mid-April and the end of October, weather permitting.
Kalkan’s small pebble beach, bathing platforms and beach clubs are around 1km away. Here you can dive straight into crystal-clear water, join a boat trip, or simply sink into a lounger and watch the gulets glide in and out of the harbour.
Spa, sports & wellness
Rhapsody’s compact spa brings traditional Turkish wellness to your doorstep. Ease into the sauna before a scrub in the Turkish bath, or book a massage treatment to soothe travel-weary muscles (all payable locally, minimum age 12 years). The spa typically operates from late April to late October and may open subject to occupancy.
While there’s no formal sports or entertainment programme, Kalkan itself offers plenty: from scenic coastal walks and watersports to boat trips and visits to ancient Lycian sites such as Xanthos, easily arranged locally.

Through the day, an à la carte menu features international favourites alongside British, Italian, Greek, Turkish and local dishes for lunch and snacks.
The pool bar keeps you topped up with chilled drinks from late morning through to midnight during the main season. A smart-casual dress code may apply in the restaurant, and opening dates/hours can vary between April and October.
