BEST TIME TO VISIT:

Summers in Dubai reach temperatures of over 40 degrees Celsius therefore most people choose to travel between October and May when the temperature is lower. Rainfall is minimal in Dubai.

TIME DIFFERENCE: GMT +4 hours.

VISAS: British passport holders will be issued a visit visa on arrival valid for a stay of up to 30 days.

LANGUAGE: Arabic (English is widely spoken).

CURRENCY: United Arab Emirates Dirham.

FLIGHT INFORMATION: Emirates offer a number of flights from various UK airports direct to Dubai. British Airways also offers direct flights from London. Etihad Airways operate direct flights to Abu Dhabi and provide a complimentary transfer to Dubai.
